The soup jostles around in my passenger seat, the aroma of eggy broth permeating through the cheap plastic seal with each turn. The trail of cars behind me stretches longer and longer with each sweeping bend like an angry snake, but this car is the only nice thing I own and I refuse to let it reek of egg rolls and sweet & sour pork because I rolled through a stop sign.
I glance at my phone shouting back directions and wonder for the hundredth time how I ever got talked into becoming a delivery driver. Oh right, bills.
